Evan and Liv met at Ska Brewing after a long workday. Liv, oblivious, had walked by Evan's desk for years before she realized who he was while working at the Mercury Payments office. Evan, always hunting, knew who she was. When he saw Liv from across the bar he made his advance after overhearing her talk to the bartender about skiing and fort building. Although Liv played hard to catch, Evan was never one to back down from a challenge. After his second attempt at obtaining her number, he cut right to the chase: "look, my name is Evan Skwara, and I'm taking you out for a date".

One nice sushi dinner later, and a lot of talk about their outdoor hobbies and international adventures, their love story began. Within a month of dating, they booked a trip to Iceland, toured the country in the back of a Dacia Duster (not fitting for two 6'' + people), and fell deeply, deeply in love with one another.

6 years on, countless international trips, and a LOT of adopted animals, plants, and friends later, they remain hopelessly in love with one another to the point of grossing out their friends.
